Thomas R. Cadier, MD, FAAOS
A college honors graduate, Dr. Cadier received his medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago before serving in the United States Navy. In 1974, Dr.Cadier moved his family to Atlanta to complete his orthopedic residency at Emory University and has been with Orthopedic Surgery, P.C., for his entire orthopedic career. Board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Cadier is the senior orthopedic surgeon at Gwinnett Medical Center. | |

Ned B.Armstrong, MD Hand Specialist
Dr. Armstrong joined Orthopedic Surgery, P.C. after completing his orthopedic residency and a hand fellowship at Duke University in 1983.Originally from Pennsylvania, Dr. Armstrong received his undergraduate degree from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, and a medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Along with being board-certified with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Armstrong serves as a clinical professor of hand surgery at Emory University and has contributed to several academic publications. |

Bennett J. Axelrod, MD, PhD, FAAOS
After serving as the chief resident in orthopedics at Emory University, Dr. Axelrod joined Orthopedic Surgery, P.C., in 1988. Graduating with honors from the State University of New York at Albany, he went on to earn a PhD in immunology and microbiology and his medical degree at the University of Florida. Dr. Axelrod enjoys the personal connections he makes with his patients and their families. In turn, his patients take great comfort in knowing that he is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. | |

David A.Stokes, MD, FAAOS Sports Medicine Specialist
Born and raised in North Carolina, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro and from East Carolina University college of Medicine as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honorary society After finishing his orthopedic residency at the University of South Alabama, Dr. Stokes completed a prestigious sports medicine fellowship at the Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center in Jackson. This experience taught him leading-edge surgical techniques, which he uses regularly as a board certified fellow of the AAOS. Dr. Stokes is a member of the American Orthopedic society for Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Association of North America. |

Anissa L. Lowery, PA-C
Her interest in sports medicine developed through her years of involvement with gymnastics and cheerleading. After graduating from Shiloh high school, Anissa majored in athletic training at California University of Pennsylvania. Upon completing her degrees, she enrolled in the physician’s assistant program at Gannon University in Erie, PA. She joined Orthopedic Surgery, P.C. after graduating from the program and earning her PA certification. | |

F. Andrew Eberheart, PA-C
As a former NCAA Division I All- Academic athlete for the College of Charleston swimming team, Andy knows firsthand the challenges of injuries.He has completed certification as an athletic trainer, clinical sports and neuromuscular massage therapist, and, most recently, a physician’s assistant.After graduating cum laude from the Medical College of Georgia physician’s assistant program, Andy spent two weeks at the U.S Olympic training center in Colorado lending his sports medicine expertise to our nation’s top athletes. |
